Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects across multiple departments. This role serves as a central point of coordination, helping project teams stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


Reporting & Process Support (30%)

  • Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Prepare project status reports and executive summaries.
  • Support workload planning and resource tracking activities.
  • Develop and maintain project templates, documentation standards, and best practices.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and project execution.
  • Provide visibility into project progress, deadlines, and outstanding action items.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of project coordination, project administration, operations, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, consumer products, engineering, or operations environments.
