  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of baseline programme & project execution plans.
  • Consolidate input from project team members to ensure alignment and completeness.
  • Review, track & monitor programme progress and highlight potential delays or issues.
  • Attend project coordination meetings internally and with clients as needed.
  • Project Documentation & Reporting 
    • Understand project contracts, scope and deliverables to ensure accurate execution. 
    • Assist Project Managers in completing and updating internal standard forms and reports.
    • Assist Project Managers in creating project specific templates.
    • Coordinate, draft and submit weekly and monthly progress reports for PM review.
    • Maintain accurate records of project documentation.
  • Internal Coordination & Support 
    • Facilitate internal communication and coordination across departments.
    • Support PMs with administrative tasks and internal workflows.
    • Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage invoicing processes in line with project milestones.
  • Budget & Financial Administration 
    • Review and support the setup of project budgets based on contract terms, pricing schedules, and bottom-up cost estimates.
    • Coordinate with project team members to gather and update monthly estimates to complete (ETC), in line with the updated project programme.
    • Perform cost control and cost variance analysis.
