Your Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the lead Project Manager to execute governance processes, track project progress, and maintain oversight of key workstreams
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment and continuity across the program
- Participate in structured training and development sessions to strengthen project management foundational skills
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining project plans, timelines, documentation, and supporting materials
- Support financial oversight by helping manage budgets, track spend, analyze variances, and contribute to forecasting activities
- Monitor resource utilization including personnel, materials, and expenses
- Organize and maintain updated project documentation—meeting notes, action items, reports, and contract files
- Help identify early warning signs or issues and contribute to solution discussions that keep the project on track
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Strong commitment to collaboration and a team-first mindset
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine interest in learning and growing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with MS Project, Power BI, and other project-related tools
- Solid understanding of basic financial concepts such as budgeting, cost analysis, and forecastingProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and support decision-making
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting medium or large-scale projects
- Familiarity with PMO standards, governance processes, or enterprise project frameworks
- Exposure to working with cross-functional or vendor-supported teams
- Hands-on experience with project dashboards or performance metrics
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Project Management, or related fields helpful but not required)
- Project-related certifications (CAPM, PMP coursework, Agile fundamentals) are a plus, not a requirement

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $79 000 – $99 000 annually or $46–$56 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
