Millwork Recruiting Source is leading a search for a Project Coordinator to support a fast-growing design-build organization specializing in high-impact automotive dealership environments. This team delivers full-scope projects including millwork, fixtures, graphics, digital displays, furniture, and complete facility renovations for some of the world’s most recognized automotive brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Estimating & Proposal Development
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural floor plans, elevations, and finish schedules using Bluebeam
- Prioritize bid work based on construction timelines and project schedules
- Build detailed, client-ready proposals for millwork, fixtures, furniture, and graphics packages
- Prepare proposal letters, qualifications, clarifications, and exclusions
- Maintain and enhance quoting templates and cost databases
- Assist with change orders, pricing updates, and special requests on active projects
Project Coordination & Communication
- Participate in construction kickoff meetings with clients and general contractors
- Coordinate with internal teams including installation, logistics, production, and customer success
- Support weekly project status meetings to ensure alignment across teams
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, architects, and GCs
Project Understanding & Execution
- Gain a deep understanding of dealership construction and renovation projects
- Support the flow of information from estimating through execution
- Help ensure projects move efficiently from concept through installation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination & estimating within:
- Architectural millwork
- Commercial casework
- Architectural metals
- Or similar construction-related industries
- Experience performing takeoffs using Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of project flow—from order processing through production and install
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
- Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions and take initiative
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70K – $80K (DOE)
- Schedule: 40–45 hours/week
- Hybrid Work: Tues–Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote
- PTO: 2–3 weeks to start
