Project Coordinator II
Summary:
A member of a cross-functional team, the primary responsibility of this position is to prepare Estimates, CAD drawings and Submittals for custom hospital equipment projects. Since our equipment is part of the hospital infrastructure, coordination with plans, blueprints and specs is needed. This position will also handle the AIA Billing for the projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews Construction documents in order to prepare bids for proposals
- Prepares proposal drawings, estimates and quotations for customers
- Reviews Purchase Orders and contracts received by customers
- Prepares AIA billing paperwork for projects
- Handles project coordination
- Communication of schedule with customer
- Release for Shipment
- Post Shipment Issue Investigation
- Order Entry
- SU Drawings
- Submittal Preparation
- Production Release
- Post Ship Documentation
- Returned Good Authorizations
Qualifications for the Position:
- Computer assisted design (CAD) proficiency preferred
- Analysis of construction drawings and specification requirements
- Three or more years of experience in project coordination
- Three or more years of experience with AIA billing (pay apps)
- Detail oriented
- Strong written, and verbal skills
- Fluent in the English language
