Program Description:
The Project Coordinator / Estimator is responsible for supporting project execution from quotation through production scheduling and completion. This role manages job costing, equipment pricing reviews, quote preparation, scheduling coordination, and workflow management between engineering, purchasing, and production teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Education and/or Experience:
Education
Experience in project coordination, estimating, manufacturing, production scheduling, or related industrial environments
Experience
Strong understanding of job costing, equipment pricing, and material cost analysis

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, and project specifications

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
