Morgan Corp. is currently seeking a Project Administrator in Raleigh, NC. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing administrative support and assistance to the Raleigh Division management team. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities:
Project Administration
Support construction services with new construction projects in a variety of market sectors through the Raleigh Division office. Communicate and coordinate contract document requirements with Morgan Corp. staff and contractors. Assist the Project Management Department with preconstruction meetings, RFIs, project submittals, track and process change orders, and pay applications. Assist the Estimating Department with pre-bid meetings, managing plans, documents, and addendums, ordering certificates of insurance and P&P bonds, contacting subcontractors and vendors in the bid cycle, and assisting in completing pre-qualifications for new projects and quantity take-offs.
Office Assistant
Greet guests to the office, receive vendor deliveries, answer incoming calls, and transfer accordingly. Act as primary contact for administration, payroll, and HR in the corporate office. Assist with the new employee onboarding process. Oversee ordering of office supplies. Order meals for office events and trainings. Manage conference room and video conferencing system. Prepare meeting agendas and presentation files when needed. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned/needed by the Division Manager, Project Management Department, and Estimating Department.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a heavy equipment/construction setting. High school diploma or GED required, 4-year Civil Engineering or other relevant degree preferred. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs, email, and intranet usage. Notary Public preferred.
