Job Title: Project Administrator
Department: Contract Compliance / Audit Planning

HQ Office: Houston, TX 77046
Location: Hybrid, requires 2-3 days in office per week
Position Summary
The Project Administrator is primarily responsible for providing strong administrative and analytical support for planning and execution activities across various Contract Compliance (CC) projects. This role works closely with CC leadership and project teams to gather, organize, and interpret project-related information while supporting effective workflows, documentation management, scheduling, and team coordination. The Project Administrator plays a key role in ensuring project tasks, data needs, and planning milestones are executed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
♦ Maintain and update project databases, schedules, and tracking tools to support CC project planning and operations
♦ Collaborate with stakeholders to support workflow coordination, project readiness, and overall project success.
♦ Cross train with A/R team as backup to the thermometer and invoicing process.
♦ Set, manage, and communicate project expectations while tracking deliverables and progress with Planning team.
♦ Utilize various computer applications and analytical tools to support data review, project preparation, and reporting needs.
♦ Support day-to-day project activities by collaborating with audit operations and planning teams to ensure required documentation, data, and materials are obtained.
♦ Coordinate routine to complex projects in support of the Contract Compliance team, including project planning logistics, intake preparation, scheduling, and documentation organization.
♦ Provide general administrative and project management support as requested.
♦ Demonstrate strong project/time management and organizational skills, including the ability to shift priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
♦ Work effectively under pressure to support urgent requests and meet tight deadlines.
♦ Perform other related duties and project-support tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, administrative project support, or a related field.
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of business process systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.). Ability to clearly assemble audit guidelines and contract information in prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to senior management in client and supplier organizations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Incumbent is also expected to demonstrate excellent Leadership qualities.
