Project Admin

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support project life cycles, including cost management, scheduling, estimating, and change management. The role involves understanding project scope and contract requirements, setting priorities for the project team, and leading cost and schedule tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management.
• Understand scope, contract requirements, and set priorities for the project team.
• Lead costs and schedule tracking and estimates (projections).
• Establish communication plans and manage task schedules.
• Identify process improvements and support lesson's learned documentation.
• Administer project change control and monitor team performance and resource allocations.
• Work with project managers and teams to organize MS project files.
• Utilize MS Project and MS Teams for budgeted and spending curves.
• Collect information on task status and update the status.

• BS in Business or related degree
• 2+ years experience with project management
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office programs including Excel and Word
• Experience organizing teams and developing processes for administrative tasks
• Experience with technical writing and standardization of continuous improvement processes is preferred

The position is based in an office setting within an innovative research facility. The role offers valuable industry experience in the oil and gas sector, providing insight into the life cycle of a project. The work environment encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
