Are you a detail-driven problem solver who enjoys working with data, deadlines, and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a proactive Project Accountant to support Project Managers through all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and key project information to support workflow efficiency
- Maintain organized project documentation and track deliverables across multiple active projects
- Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate risks or delays
- Manage project-related financial processes including invoicing, billing, and AIA documentation
- Track and maintain billing schedules (e.g., 15th, 20th deadlines) across multiple projects
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution
- Pull and analyze reports to track job status, progress, change orders, and outstanding items
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or experience working with construction/project documentation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
