We are seeking someone comfortable operating in a structured corporate environment, enterprise technology, or large multinational organizations managing high-volume, multi-customer project portfolios.

If you have worked in environments where multiple customer contracts are being billed simultaneously and precision in allocation, cost control, and revenue timing is critical this role is for you.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual and accounting standards
  • Manage complex milestone billing structures tied to software development deliverables

  • Design billing structures that prevent cash shortfalls on long-term programs
  • Evaluate and structure project financing approaches to maintain positive cash flow

Financial Planning & Control

  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Lead Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting and updates
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast)
  • Identify margin erosion risks and recommend corrective action
  • Build financial models to support pricing and contract negotiations

Cash Flow & Risk Management

  • Manage project-level cash forecasting
  • Ensure projects do not operate at a deficit during long development cycles
  • Identify liquidity risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Support leadership in strategic financial decision-making

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

  • Partner with Project Managers and Program Leads on financial health
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations on contract structuring
  • Support development of ROMs, task orders, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain real-time financial dashboards for executive visibility

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure strong internal controls over financial transactions
  • Maintain deep understanding of contract terms and performance obligations
  • Oversee accounts receivable performance and escalation
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience with complex billing methodologies
  • Experience managing revenue recognition under multiple contract structures
  • Exposure to software development or professional services project environments strongly preferred
