What You’ll Do
1. Supply & Yield Management- Manage and optimize supply integrations across Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Amazon TAM, Magnite, Index Exchange
- Develop and execute floor pricing strategies across programmatic channels
- Configure and manage header bidding wrappers across publisher inventory
2. Deal & Partnership Development- Build and scale PMP (Private Marketplace) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
- Develop curated deal packages leveraging our proprietary 1P commerce intent data
- Drive demand partnerships with leading DSPs such as:
- DV360
- The Trade Desk
- Xandr
- Criteo
3. Data & Audience Monetization- Package first-party shopping intent signals into scalable audience segments
- Collaborate with our AI shopping engine team to convert behavioral data into high-CPM targeting products
- Contribute to building commerce data clean room capabilities
4. RTB Infrastructure Development (Future Scope)- Define specs for in-house bidding algorithms
- Design bid request/response schemas (OpenRTB 2.6 / 3.0)
- Run A/B testing frameworks for pricing discovery and audience valuation

What We’re Looking For
Must Have- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising / SSP / adtech
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ad Manager
- Prebid.js
- OpenRTB
- Proven experience managing PMP deals and yield optimization
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / SQL)
- Deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem (DSP ↔ SSP ↔ Publisher)
Strong Plus- Experience with or exposure to:
- Criteo
- Connexity
- Taboola
- Background in fashion, e-commerce, or retail media
- Experience with server-side header bidding (S2S)
- Experience building or contributing to RTB algorithms / bidding strategies
- Experience with data clean rooms (e.g., Google PAIR, LiveRamp)
