Program Support Administrator
Location: Elma, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Job Summar
ySeeking a detail-oriented Program Support Administrator to support program operations, order management, invoicing, documentation, and customer communications. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure timely order fulfillment, contract compliance, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution
.Key Responsibilitie
- sEnter and maintain contract and sales order information in ERP systems (SAP, MBS, CCRF)
- .Generate invoices, process credits, and support financial transactions
- .Coordinate shipping activities and resolve order fulfillment issues
- .Maintain program records, contract documentation, and audit-ready files
- .Support warranty, repair, and return processes
- .Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status and program needs
- .Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and program metrics
- .Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures
.Qualification
- sExperience with ERP/order management systems (SAP preferred)
- .Strong data entry, administrative, and documentation skills
- .Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- .Experience supporting contracts, logistics, operations, or program administration preferred
