Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· The PM manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
· Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software,
facilities and other activities.
· Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
· Ensures the scheduling and completion of a Post Award Conference within 15 days of contract award to establish firm dates for the Contract Deliverable Requirements List.
· Meets weekly with the government to discuss activities, identify resource issues, and clarify priorities.
· Provides monthly status reports, monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the TO.
· Within the monthly status report, the Contractor shall
provide the following information: sub-tasks worked, hours expended by labor category and costs by labor category.
· The Contractor will document its accounting procedures for tracking labor hours.
· Prepares a Plan of Accomplishment that will address any changes made at the time and serve as the vehicle for establishing firm dates for incremental deliverables.
Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
· A minimum of 12 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a master’s degree

· A minimum of 17 years of experience leading large teams within this field, including leadership experience within the past 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree
· Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
· Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
· Active PMP Certification, highly desired
· Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years)
