What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
This role bridges the gap between marketing objectives and technical execution by leading complex, cross-functional projects for Dish and Sling TV. The Program Manager solves operational bottlenecks through process innovation and software optimization while ensuring enterprise initiatives align with the broader Video business strategy. By fostering collaboration across diverse teams, this position transforms abstract goals into high-impact product and solution releases.
Delivery of marketing-sponsored projects through the entire lifecycle from initiation to implementation
Achievement of department OKRs by monitoring progress and resolving issues to improve delivery cadence and impact
Strategic communication of scope and timelines to align technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Integration of AI tools into the project lifecycle to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency
Optimization of team performance through the development of streamlined processes and advanced project management software adoption
Resolution of runtime issues through effective production support and product triaging
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
Influence and leadership capabilities within cross-functional environments to ensure project milestones are met
Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to drive iterative development and software releases
