Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR· Lead quality assurance and improvement activities for Section 1115 Demonstration Waivers and integrated care programs to ensure compliance and achievement of performance goals
· Identify, develop, and monitor key performance measures and reports to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
· Analyze data, reports, and trends to detect compliance issues and develop actionable recommendations to improve quality of care and outcomes
· Develop and implement quality improvement plans, tracking the effectiveness of corrective and preventative strategies and revising as needed
· Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely completion of required reports and plans
· Develop, implement, and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and audit tools to support quality monitoring, evaluation, and regulatory compliance
· Oversee contractors and lead quality reviews, including audits and assessments, ensuring deliverables meet federal and state requirements and support high-quality program performance
