Program Management Associate - Civil/Transportation Engineer
Wilmot Inc. is a small, growing consulting firm based in Nashville, focused on civil infrastructure, sustainability, and program management work for public and private clients across the Southeast. We are women owned and partner with national firms on major civic programs. Our team is small enough that you'll work directly with leadership and large enough to take on serious work.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Program Management Associate - Civil/Transportation Engineer to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will support HDR's East Bank Program, a large and complex multidisciplinary development and infrastructure program, with project coordination, engineering support, program controls, technical writing, and interagency coordination. This is a full-time role with an immediate start preferred.
East Bank is one of the largest civic infrastructure programs in the Southeast, and this role puts you at the center of it. You will work side by side with HDR's senior program team while reporting to Wilmot leadership, getting the technical depth of a national firm and the career trajectory of a small one.
This is a launchpad to accelerate your career. You will gain exposure to program management, agency coordination, and project controls work most engineers do not touch until much later. Wilmot will support your PE licensure, help fund prep materials and exam costs, and structure your assignments to move you toward project leadership.
If you want meaningful work on civic infrastructure and a real path into project and program management, this role is built for you.
