Program Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Program Lead to support delivery operations, stakeholder coordination, and program execution for a high-visibility onsite engagement in San Jose, CA.

This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, operations, or delivery support who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery execution aligned with project timelines, SLAs, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Track project deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Assist with governance activities, reporting, and operational reviews
• Support issue resolution and escalation management when required
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to established processes

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Coordination, Operations, Delivery Support, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
