Program Coordinator

Insight Global
Oklaunion, TX

Job Description (12 month contract with potential extensions)

In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end SOW and contract workflow for incubation and sustainability programs while also serving as onsite program management support in Olkaunion, Texas acting as a critical liaison between vendors, site teams, governance partners, and remote stakeholders. The level of onsite presence will flex based on operational tempo and program needs, but this role is expected to regularly support on‑the‑ground execution. Your day‑to‑day includes triaging and managing intake requests, gathering requirements, coordinating SOW drafts, tracking redlines, and ensuring completed documents pass cleanly through legal, procurement, and finance approvals. You’ll update and maintain program trackers, revise program documentation, and produce reports that provide visibility into schedule health, budget status, deliverables, and performance.

As the onsite point of contact, you will work closely with vendors and site teams to monitor progress, surface risks, validate execution against plans, and relay real‑time insights back to program leadership. You’ll act as the “eyes and ears on the ground,” proactively identifying issues, dependencies, or changes that could impact delivery and ensuring they are escalated and addressed quickly.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6+ years of experience in program coordination, SOW/contract operations, procurement operations, or PMO roles.

- Hands‑on experience with SOW drafting, redlines, version control, change orders, routing, and approval workflows.

- Strong workflow management skills, including intake management, program tracking, and documentation ownership.

- Ability to draft program reports and provide insights into program schedule, performance, and budget health.

- Skilled at facilitating cross‑functional meetings, documenting action items, and driving initiatives forward.

- Comfort operating in an onsite environment, working directly with vendors and site teams, and providing real‑time execution visibility.

- Proactive approach to identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and resolving blockers before they escalate.

- Experience managing or supporting program budgets, POs, vendor onboarding, and contract workflows.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with procurement/CLM/VMS tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Fieldglass).
