We’re hiring a Project Administrator to support a high-impact customer engagement program focused on product innovation, executive collaboration, and customer experience.


This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role where you’ll coordinate customer engagements, support executive briefings, and ensure seamless delivery across product and leadership teams. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule customer engagements, including product sessions and executive briefings
  • Own logistics end-to-end: calendars, agendas, materials, and stakeholder alignment
  • Prepare teams and leaders for high-visibility engagements
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, trackers, and engagement data
  • Draft clear, polished communications for internal and executive audiences
  • Identify process gaps and help improve workflows


What You Bring

  • 8+ years in project coordination, program support, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting executive-level engagements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
