Pay Rate: $30/hr – $35/hr on W2
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data / Program Analyst to support Remediation Work Management activities and short-term project workstreams. This role focuses on data analysis, compliance tracking, program coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with Transmission & Distribution notification scope and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of Compliance Notification work through the IPSEC workflow within defined due dates to ensure public safety and risk mitigation
- Track, monitor, and report work progress using dashboards, trackers, and systems of record
- Analyze program performance data and prepare reports for senior advisors and stakeholders
- Interpret notification problem statements and determine appropriate resource needs
- Collaborate with regional/district stakeholders and act as a technical resource for compliance and remediation processes
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and data cleanup efforts
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
- Support scheduling and notification disposition in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 standards
Day-to-Day Activities
- Program tracking and deliverables management
- Data analysis and reporting (weekly/monthly compliance reports)
- Dashboard monitoring (Power BI and other tools)
- Stakeholder communication and coordination
- Compliance tracking across IPSEC lifecycle
- Supporting remediation and notification workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Program Analysis
- Strong experience working with large and complex datasets
- Hands-on experience with tools/platforms:
- Power BI
- SAP / ERP systems
- DM, DCPT, DCRT
- ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360
- Experience in Transmission & Distribution Operations or Utility Industry
- Knowledge of IPSEC lifecycle and compliance notification categories (P1/P2/P3)
- Understanding of E1 policy and GO95 standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with reporting tools (SAS, BI dashboards, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple programs, projects, and assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of electrical systems (Transmission & Distribution – primary, secondary, overhead, underground)
- Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and remediation processes
Education Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in a related field
