Division Manager – Civil Site Engineering

Overview

We're looking for an experienced civil engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing division delivering infrastructure and land development projects. This role combines technical oversight, people leadership, and business strategy, offering the opportunity to shape teams, strengthen client relationships, and deliver community-impacting work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers
• Oversee a portfolio of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance
• Support division strategy, staffing plans, and long-term growth initiatives
• Manage financial performance, including utilization, forecasting, and project profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and client interviews
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and quality control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer PA (PE) license
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering and leadership experience
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Strong client communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting environment
• Background in infrastructure, land development, transportation, or water/wastewater projects
• Business development or division growth experience
