Production Support Analyst

We’re hiring a Production Support Analyst (SQL) to join our IT team at Benefits in a Card.

This is not a reporting role. This is a problem-solving, systems-thinking role for someone who knows how to get into the data, find the issue, and fix it at the root.


You’ll work directly with our IT Director and IT operations team to troubleshoot live data issues, validate APIs, and strengthen the infrastructure behind a fast-growing healthcare benefits platform serving the staffing industry.


What we’re looking for:


  • Write and tune SQL queries against production databases to investigate and resolve live data issues — eligibility, enrollment, billing, and member-record discrepancies
  • Trace data problems end-to-end across systems, APIs, and file feeds to pin down the root cause rather than patching the symptom
  • Validate and test API data exchanges (using Postman or similar) between our platform, carriers, and staffing-partner systems
  • Partner directly with the IT Director to triage and resolve production incidents, often under time pressure
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend fixes that strengthen the underlying infrastructure so the same problem doesn't come back
  • Document findings, fixes, and processes clearly so the team can scale without re-solving the same problems


This is a high-impact role on a lean team. You’ll be a core part of how we scale.


This is a fully onsite role, and this individual must be located within reasonable commuting distance to our headquarter office in Greenville, South Carolina and willing to come on-site Monday through Friday during our normal business hours.
