We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Raleigh, NC. This role ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while supporting and developing night‑shift production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support night‑shift production employees
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to reduce downtime
Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
Complete nightly reporting and communicate with other shift leaders

Qualifications

2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and technical manufacturing environments
Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus
