Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually

Schedule: Early shift with a 5:00 AM start time

Job Summary:

LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturing company in Fullerton. This direct‑hire role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, with a strong focus on cold room environments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑driven, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable leading teams during early morning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
  • Lead and support production staff in a cold room environment
  • Monitor production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet output goals
  • Enforce food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
  • Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
  • Address production issues, troubleshoot equipment or process challenges, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate production and labor records
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Management teams to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience in the food industry
  • Hands‑on experience working in cold room or refrigerated environments (required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
  • Proven leadership and team‑building skills
  • Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM
