Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually

Schedule: Early shift with a 5:00 AM start time

Job Summary:

LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a food manufacturing company in Fullerton. This direct‑hire role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, with a strong focus on cold room environments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑driven, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable leading teams during early morning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Lead and support production staff in a cold room environment
Monitor production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet output goals
Enforce food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
Address production issues, troubleshoot equipment or process challenges, and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate production and labor records
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Management teams to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience in the food industry
Hands‑on experience working in cold room or refrigerated environments (required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
Proven leadership and team‑building skills
Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM
