Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | $70,000-$75,000 + 5–10% Annual Bonus
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations for a fast-paced production environment and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while creating a positive and accountable culture
- Conduct shift meetings and monitor production performance, workflow, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing efforts
- Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Create and execute team improvement plans and performance objectives
- Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and work schedules to support production demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Promote teamwork, problem-solving, employee engagement, and individual development
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating production teams
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or 6S methodologies strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered
