Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Monday–Friday | $70,000-$75,000 + 5–10% Annual Bonus

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll partner directly with the Production Manager and play a key role in developing teams, improving efficiency, and creating a positive, safety-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead daily operations for a fast-paced production environment and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while creating a positive and accountable culture
  • Conduct shift meetings and monitor production performance, workflow, and productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing efforts
  • Identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
  • Create and execute team improvement plans and performance objectives
  • Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and work schedules to support production demands
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Promote teamwork, problem-solving, employee engagement, and individual development


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating production teams
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or 6S methodologies strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered
