We are partnering with an innovative biotechnology company seeking a Production Specialist for a short-term (3-6 month) contract opportunity supporting hands-on cell culture operations. This is an excellent entry-level role for candidates looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced bioprocessing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cell culture tasks under supervision
- Maintain strict aseptic technique in lab and production settings
- Assist with media preparation, sterilization, and basic lab operations
- Support bioreactor setup and monitoring
- Accurately complete batch records and documentation
- Follow established SOPs and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with production and technical teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Basic knowledge of cell culture and sterile technique (academic lab experience acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols closely
- Willingness to work onsite in a structured production environment
- Prior internship or lab experience is a plus, but not required
