Production Scheduler

We are partnering with a well established injection molding manufacturer in the greater Akron, OH area. They are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to support daily production scheduling and help ensure consistent, on time delivery to customers in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment with frequent changeovers
• Plastics manufacturing experience preferred
• Develop and maintain daily production schedules aligned with customer demand and available capacity
• Support OTIF performance through accurate planning, scheduling, and timely work order release
• Monitor material flow, WIP levels, and potential bottlenecks while coordinating closely with operations and purchasing
• Experience working with MRP, production scheduling, or MES systems, along with strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Epicor is highly preferred
