Job Overview

1. Prepare monthly BP and daily plan according to FCST and order information, coordinate relevant resources and ensure the smooth implementation of the plan;

2. Identify potential risks affecting delivery in time, promote relevant departments to solve them, and ensure that shipments are reached on time;

3. Reasonably control the inventory of finished products, reduce the generation of sluggish materials and promote the treatment of sluggish materials;

4. Cooperate with the logistics department to make a reasonable shipment plan; Improve delivery capacity and shorten delivery cycle;

5. Be responsible for statistics and analysis of weekly and monthly production data, and improve production plan.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering, management science and engineering and other related fields.
  2. Have 5 years production planning management experience in large enterprises (materials, electronics, automobile and other industries)
  3. team management experience.
  4. Proficient in using office software, familiar with ERP or SAP system, good data analysis ability; Strong problem analysis and effective solution and landing ability.
  5. Good oral and written English skills


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
