Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Valencia, CA USA 91355
Duration: 12 Month contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Payrate: $21/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift (6AM - 2:30 PM)
Job Summary:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role involves following safety procedures, maintaining production standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate basic production machinery and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
