Production Engineer

We are a rapidly growing trailer manufacturer based in Leola, PA, specializing in high-quality steel and aluminum trailers. We’re seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our team—someone who aligns with our values, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to bring new trailers to market
• Create and update product drawings, including custom orders
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accurate costing
• Support research, development, and product testing
• Improve product designs, processes, and manufacturing efficiency
• Assist production with fixtures, standards, and technical questions
• Maintain accurate documentation and revision records
• Work with purchasing to source parts and reduce costs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (trailers or similar equipment is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
