Cleanroom Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking detail‑oriented and reliable Cleanroom Technicians to support the production of high‑quality plastic medical device components. In this role, you will operate molding equipment, assemble small components, and perform visual inspections in a controlled cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy contributing to products that make a real impact in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce plastic medical device components and subassemblies
• Assemble small, detailed parts while maintaining strict quality standards
• Perform in‑process visual inspections using microscopes and hand tools
• Identify cosmetic defects and ensure products meet all quality and compliance requirements
• Follow cleanroom protocols, including proper use of PPE and guidelines related to jewelry, makeup, and personal items
• Maintain a steady, consistent production pace
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working with small and delicate components
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, reliable work environment

Shifts & Pay Rates

• First Shift: $17.00 per hour
• Second Shift: $18.02 per hour
• Third Shift: $19.04 per hour

Qualifications

• Ability to work with small, intricate components
• Strong visual acuity and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for extended periods
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines
• Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required — training provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.04/hr.
