Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the outside plant infrastructure industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operators, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Rockwall, TX

Pay Range: $15.00/Hr. to $16.00/Hr. (shift differential)

Shift: Monday to Friday; 2nd and 3rd shift available

What's the Job?

• Line Operator: Basic use of all inspection tools such as Calipers and other measuring devices.
• Production Assembler: Using hand tools, power tools, and production machines to bolt, screw, and clip component parts.
• Machine Operator: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assigned tasks.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend in English
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle physical demands
• Understanding of safety data sheets (SDS) and safety procedures
