Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for transferring, stocking, loading, and unloading materials for the production lines. The materials may vary and include items such as diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. You may also be required to check, correct, or perform rework on inflators and conduct quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks and visual inspections.
Responsibilities
Transfer, stock, load, and unload materials for production lines.
Check, correct, or perform rework on inflators.
Conduct quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks.
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in manufacturing.
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day.
Comfortable dealing with explosives.
Tech-savvy to operate automated equipment.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 lbs regularly.
Shifts:
1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm ($17/hour)
2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm ($18.70/hour)
3rd shift:10:00 pm – 6:30 am ($19.55/hour)

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with automated production equipment making airbag inflators. Please note that no lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes are allowed on site. Shift options include 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. New employees will start on a Tuesday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM before moving to their designated shifts. Be prepared to work 6-7 days per week, with rotating schedules that offer 1-2 days off per week, including potential weekend shifts. Regular work schedules are Monday to Friday, but weekend shifts are currently required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
