Production Associate

Now Hiring: Production Operator | $17-$19/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating equipment, and being part of a fast‑paced production environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Operate filler machines and related production equipment
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance throughout your shift
• Perform changeovers and basic adjustments as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Rotate between filling lines to support daily production needs
• Partner with team leads and maintenance to reduce downtime and improve processes

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a repetitive, physical role
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

• Stable, well‑established manufacturing role with consistent schedules

• Manufacturing setting with noise, temperature changes, dust, and wet conditions
• Possible chemical exposure; PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hairnets required
• Physically active role involving standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
• This role offers both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with a flexible schedule allowing employees to choose between four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts. No weekend work required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Omaha,NE.
