Production Associate (Installer / Laborer)

On‑Site Projects | Hands-On Work | First Shift

Payrate: $20/hr

We’re looking for dependable Production Associates / Installers to support on‑site installation and service projects across Western New York. This is a physically active, team-based role perfect for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working on real job sites and seeing tangible results from their work.

You’ll assist with pallet racking installations, dock equipment, mezzanine construction, and pod assembly for a large distribution facility. If you have experience in construction, industrial assembly, or production—or you’re comfortable working in colder environments—this role is a great fit. No worries if you’re new to this type of work: training is provided.

• Install pod systems at customer and project locations
• Assist with installation and servicing of dock equipment and mezzanines
• Use basic hand and power tools to assemble components accurately
• Follow safety guidelines and job‑site instructions at all times
• Read and work from project drawings, layouts, and supervisor direction
• Work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day while meeting performance metrics

Required Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including industrial or colder environments
• Able to work effectively as part of a 2–5 person crew

Preferred Experience

• General labor, construction, or production work
• Assembly, forklift operation, or carpentry skills
• Reliable transportation
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and working for long shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
