Job Title: Production Associate

Pay & Shift Information ($18.25/hr)
  • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
  • Multiple shifts available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
    • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Overtime opportunities available, including Saturdays and extended shifts as needed
Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the production of custom molded rubber parts using compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. You will play a hands‑on role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare molds and handle raw materials during production
  • Inspect molded rubber parts and report quality concerns to the shift lead
  • Monitor mold temperatures, press pressures, and production output
  • Accurately track part counts, material usage, and production data
  • Clean molds between production runs as required
  • Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly
  • Properly label and store finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to use a calculator and accurately track production counts
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to be cross‑trained and learn new skills
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
  • Familiarity with injection molding, rubber, silicone, or plastic processes
  • General labor or machine operator background

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
