Production Associate

Entry‑Level Machine Operator (Multiple Shifts Available)

We are hiring Entry‑Level Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing plastic containers ranging from small sizes up to 2.5 gallons. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in a production environment.

$18.00/hr + Shift Differential

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

• Attend a brief 15‑minute team meeting at the start of each shift
• Be assigned to a production machine (rotations occur daily)
• Review work orders and operate or assist with production equipment
• Perform general production tasks including packing and inspection
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures at all times
• Take two 10‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute lunch per shift

Training: 2–3 days of hands‑on training provided

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and punctuality
• Ability to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift

• General production or manufacturing experience
• Machine operation or packaging experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Cortland, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cortland,NY.
