Production Associate

Hands-On | First Shift | Stable Schedule

Pay rate: $18/hr - increases to $22.50/hr after six months

About the Role

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Associate, where your work directly supports daily warehouse and production operations. In this active, hands-on role, you’ll handle finished cardboard products as they come off production machines—folding, stacking, and moving materials that keep production running smoothly. This position is ideal for dependable, physically active individuals who enjoy straightforward tasks, consistent routines, and working in a clean, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely remove finished cardboard boxes from the back end of production machines
  • Fold, stack, and organize boxes to meet production and quality standards
  • Move finished products to designated warehouse locations or staging areas
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift
  • Follow all safety guidelines, production instructions, and operating procedures
  • Stand for the full shift while frequently bending, lifting, and stacking materials
  • Work independently or with a team to meet daily production goals
  • Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors regarding workflow, safety, or equipment concerns
What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of machine operation experience
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stack throughout the entire shift
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Packaging, assembly, or general production work
  • Folding and stacking cardboard boxes or similar materials
  • Handling product from the back end of production machinery
  • Experience with paper or corrugated materials
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean, well-organized, climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse setting. Work is active and physical, involving standing for the full shift and frequent lifting, bending, folding, stacking, and moving cardboard boxes as they come off production machines. The environment emphasizes safety, clear expectations, predictable routines, and dependable hours. Dress is practical and suited for hands-on production and warehouse work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
