We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assistant to support our growing jewelry brand across production, quality control, and fulfillment preparation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are accurately packaged, quality checked, and prepared for e-commerce launches, major sales, and collaborations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys hands-on operational work. This role works closely with Production, Shipping, and Operations teams to help maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Quality Control
- Perform quality control checks on jewelry while packing for e-commerce fulfillment.
- Verify all packaging materials are accurate and launch-ready, including paper tags, PVC packaging, collaboration packaging, and promotional materials.
- Ensure products are packed according to brand standards for e-commerce launches, major sales, and collaboration drops.
- Flag any product defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to the Production Manager immediately.
Inventory & Tracking
- Enter and maintain accurate quantities within the weekly Production Tracking Sheet.
- Assist with organization and tracking of production inventory and completed units.
- Help ensure inventory counts and packaged product quantities align with launch needs.
Production Support
- Assist with light jewelry assembly and basic product preparation as needed.
- Support in-house jewelry repairs alongside the Production team.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient production workspaces.
Team Support & Training
- Assist with training and monitoring freelancers and part-time team members on packaging standards, workflows, and accuracy expectations.
- Support Production leadership in maintaining consistency and efficiency during high-volume periods.

- Basic jewelry handling or assembly experience is a plus.
