Production Assembly Technician

Our client is launching a brand‑new Tesla production line inside their facility and is looking to hire some of the first team members who will help get this operation off the ground. This is a hands‑on, manual assembly role supporting the build and assembly of Tesla dashboards until automated equipment is fully installed.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy physical, hands‑on work and want to be part of a startup‑style environment within an established company.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manually lift, handle, and position Tesla dashboard assemblies (up to 25 lbs)
  • Use hand tools and power tools to attach components and hardware to dashboards
  • Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Perform repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Support a new production line startup, where processes and equipment will continue to evolve
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Important: This role is highly manual at the start. Automation and equipment will be phased in over time, but early hires should expect consistent hands‑on work.

What We’re Looking For
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical setting
  • Willingness to work in a startup‑style environment with changing processes
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Prior manufacturing or automotive assembly experience is a plus, but not required
