A highly respected global chemical manufacturer is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join its North American team. This is a highly visible position offering broad exposure across multiple product lines, close interaction with senior leadership, and a realistic long-term path into a director-level leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide regulatory and product stewardship support throughout the product lifecycle
• Support compliance activities involving TSCA, PMNs, CDR reporting, FDA Food Contact, hazard communication, and other applicable regulations
• Monitor emerging regulatory developments and communicate potential business impacts
• Participate in new product development, commercialization, and Management of Change activities
• Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets, product compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions
• Partner closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams
• Respond to customer regulatory inquiries and support product stewardship initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Product Stewardship and/or Regulatory Affairs experience within the chemical industry
• Strong working knowledge of TSCA, PMNs, CDR reporting, and chemical regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting chemical products throughout their lifecycle
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and business groups
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline
• Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, EHS, or chemical compliance background
