Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across our product organization. This role will focus on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to help guide product strategy, UI/UX improvements, and new product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and feature performance to generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design teams to support product initiatives
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve user experience and product adoption
- Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting frameworks
- Monitor and evaluate the success of new feature releases and enhancements
- Assist in defining product metrics and success criteria
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with UI/UX metrics and user behavior analysis
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis
- Basic understanding of AI/ML-driven products and metrics
