Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across our product organization. This role will focus on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to help guide product strategy, UI/UX improvements, and new product initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and feature performance to generate actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design teams to support product initiatives
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve user experience and product adoption
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts
  • Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of new feature releases and enhancements
  • Assist in defining product metrics and success criteria


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with UI/UX metrics and user behavior analysis
  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML-driven products and metrics
