About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, technically fluent Product/Program Lead to own our end-to-end report generation pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and science, and is responsible for ensuring that complex analyses turn into reliable, high-quality outputs.
This is an execution-heavy role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity and driving cross-functional work to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end report generation process, from data inputs to final outputs
- Coordinate across engineering, data, and science teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage the backlog of report features, improvements, and new test integrations
- Ensure new analyses and tests are properly implemented, validated, and shipped
- Build and maintain internal processes (QA, documentation, release cycles)
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve system performance and reliability
- Act as the central point of coordination for all report-related work
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in product operations, technical program management, or similar roles
- Experience working with data products, pipelines, or technical systems
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and scientists
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or scientific products
- Familiarity with data workflows, APIs, or analytics pipelines
