Product & Packaging Designer
Position Type: Full-time / Onsite
Pay Range: 65K – 80K

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Product & Packaging Designer to join our team within the Home Goods & Accessories division. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with experience in consumer product design and packaging who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams and overseas factories to develop home goods and accessories from concept through production, with a strong focus on accuracy, cost-efficiency, and speed to market.

- Design and develop home goods and accessories, including mugs, cups, drinkware, and giftable items
- Create CADs, layouts, and detailed product specifications for production
- Execute packaging layouts and prepare print-ready artwork
- Work directly with overseas factories on development, revisions, and approvals
- Ensure designs meet cost targets and production requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, sales, and internal teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Follow established brand and retail requirements while maintaining strong execution standards
- Perform related duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required)
- Hands-on experience in both product design and packaging design within consumer goods
- Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
- Experience designing products for retail (home goods, accessories, or gifting preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field with 2-6 years of experience; or an Associate’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in consumer product and packaging design.
