Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

 The Impact you will have in this role:

 The Senior Associate Product Owner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the Client Lifecycle Management Platform by translating the product vision into clear, actionable deliverables. This role requires deep collaboration with internal partners—including Operations, UX, and Technology—to ensure the product strategy reflects user needs, operational realities, and technical capabilities. The Product Owner manages and prioritizes the product backlog, establishes acceptance criteria, and guides the squad through the development lifecycle using Agile principles. They actively engage crossfunctional partners to gather insights, validate requirements, and drive alignment on design, process improvements, and technical implementation. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization, and comfort challenging existing processes. The Product Owner ensures strategic alignment, identifies risks and dependencies, and brings the voice of the client into every phase of product development.

 

 Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate the product vision and roadmap into clear squad deliverables and release plans. 
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the backlog of user stories with the squad to ensure the right level of detail at the right time and achieve Definition of Ready. 
  • Define story acceptance criteria and lead backlog management by accepting or rejecting items during each sprint based on those criteria. 
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from partners and clients into future backlog items. 
  • Represent and advocate for the voice of the client (internal and external) within the squad. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to identify risks, dependencies, and alignment needs in support of product strategy. 
  • Incorporate and prioritize technical work required to meet release objectives. 
  • Enhance product value by evaluating implementation alternatives and assessing scope changes against budget and estimates. 
  • Actively participate in all squad ceremonies, including sprint and release events. 
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, monitoring controls, identifying issues early, and demonstrating strong ethical judgment. 
  • Maintain a client-centric and operationally efficient mindset, bringing clarity of the end‑to‑end client journey vision to the squad.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

 

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience in Agile/scrum methodology desired
