We're seeking a highly motivated Product Owner (DTC & Consumer Data) to support and evolve a growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data, and technology, partnering closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, and Engineering teams to drive product enhancements, optimize customer journeys, and unlock actionable consumer insights.


Pay: $50-110/hr

Duration: 05/25/2026 to 12/27/2026

Location: On-site in El Segundo


What You'll Do

  • Serve as Product Owner for DTC platforms, managing backlog creation, prioritization, and delivery aligned with business goals
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Leverage consumer data and behavioral insights to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience
  • Drive integration and optimization efforts across customer data, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, lifecycle performance, and conversion trends to recommend actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and product performance metrics to guide enhancements and experimentation initiatives
  • Support personalization, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization efforts
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the product lifecycle

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Klaviyo
  • eCommerce Platforms, Shopify, PredictSpring & BentoBox
  • Data & Integration: Google BigQuery
  • Analytics & Visualization: Tableau & ThoughtSpot


Qualifications

  • 5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience supporting DTC, eCommerce, retail, or consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong understanding of consumer data, segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and personalization
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and eCommerce technologies
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into product recommendations and business actions
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • SQL or data querying experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business audiences
