Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help build and scale the core experiences that power Arima Health, from patient intake and scheduling to clinical workflows and revenue operations.

You’ll work at the intersection of technology, clinical care, and operations to improve how patients access care and how providers deliver it.

What You’ll Do

• Own key parts of the patient journey (intake, scheduling, visit flow, follow-up)
• Identify and reduce friction in the patient experience
• Improve conversion and speed-to-care
• Partner with clinical teams to streamline provider workflows
• Work with engineering to build and improve internal tools
• Use data to prioritize and measure impact

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years product management experience
• Healthcare experience required
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Analytical and outcome-driven
• EHR experience (Athena, Epic)
• Telehealth experience
• Startup experience

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
