The Product Manager, Ops Technology owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of restaurant operational technology solutions, from problem definition and requirements development through pilot execution and scaled deployment.

This role drives product discovery, defines clear success metrics, prioritizes roadmap initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact across restaurant operations.

The role focuses on AI-powered assistant tools for restaurant employees, digital production management systems, order accuracy camera solutions (computer vision), and AI-enabled ordering technologies. The Product Manager translates operational needs into well-defined product requirements, leads structured experimentation, and drives cross-functional execution to improve order accuracy, throughput, labor productivity, and overall guest experience.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do:

  • Own day-to-day product management and execution for assigned Ops Technology initiatives, including AI assistant platforms, digital production management systems, order accuracy camera solutions, and AI-enabled ordering technologies, ensuring delivery against defined roadmap priorities set in partnership with the Sr. Product Manager.
  • Translate strategic direction into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, andimplementation plans that guide engineering and vendor development.
  • Lead pilot planning and execution ensuring operational readiness and field alignment.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including AI model accuracy, order accuracy rates, speed of service, throughput, system stability, and adoption, driving iterative product enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Technology,Analytics, Operations, and Field teams to resolve blockers and ensure successful deployment in restaurant environments.
  • Develop structured test-and-learn frameworks and synthesize results into clear recommendations for scaling, optimization, or refinement.
  • Buildfinancial impactanalyses and rollout plans to support scaling decisions, escalating major trade-offs, investment decisions, and strategic pivots to the Sr. Product Manager.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy, analytics, consulting, or QSR operations.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience working on technology-enabled operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with POS, transactional, or operational datasets.
  • Experience supporting pilots or experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability tooperatein fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to engage directly with restaurant environments to diagnose operational challenges andvalidatedata-driven solutions in real-world settings.
