Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Lead the analysis, development, maintenance, and communication of product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular competitive and gap analyses to ensure offerings remain market-leading. Monitor channel performance and recommend enhancements and new product opportunities. (20%)
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, information security, sales, and marketing) and external vendors to define optimal implementation, launch, and lifecycle management strategies for products. (20%)
- Customer Adoption & Compliance:
- Drive initiatives that promote customer adoption of hosted products and services. Translate customer needs and evolving technology trends into new features and solutions. Ensure all products meet financial regulations and data security requirements. (20%)
- Technology & Business Alignment:
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, working closely with technical teams. Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with customer needs and organizational goals. (15%)
- Agile Product Ownership:
- Serve as the product owner within an Agile framework, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product capabilities. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with sprint objectives and key performance indicators. (10%)
- Customer Feedback & Performance Validation:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess product performance and ensure alignment with defined success metrics. (10%)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
- Certifications Required: Cloud Certification: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience
- 4+ years of B2B product management experience in hosting and/or managed services (required)
- 4+ years in technical or IT product management within cloud, data center, utility, or critical environment services (required)
- 2+ years of experience in strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment (required)
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (required)
- Experience in financial institutions (credit union or banking) is a plus (preferred)
